Seven Pines Leadership, founded by Monique Shields, is a coaching company dedicated to womxn in leadership - with a particular commitment to womxn of color and moms.
We believe that there is no one size fits all in leadership development so our work focuses on the individual - honoring the unique variables that womxn executives and business leaders must take into consideration as they navigate their roles in work and life.
We also believe that it’s time for womxn to let go of notions of success that they did not define for themselves. We have seen incredible talent suffocate beneath “what everyone else thinks my success should be” and we have learned that there is a much better way.
